Es un lugar muy tranquilo, excelente opción para relajarse en pareja. Todo muy bonito, limpio y cuidado. El personal super amable y atento. En el restaurante preparan unos higos envueltos en cecina deliciosos. Todas las habitaciones tienen Jacuzzi. Sin duda regresaría.

Los cuartos están bastante lindos, la cama muy cómoda pero creo que el único atractivo que tiene este lugar es el jacuzzi dentro de la habitación. La música del bar es súper fuerte y molesta muchísimo. No dan agua de cortesía en la habitación, el teléfono no servia y me encontré pelos pegados en la pared de la regadera. El restaurante no me invitó a quedarme para el desayuno que estaba incluido. El precio me parece un poco elevado para lo que es. Y el staff es amable pero deben de tener mas conciencia de COVID porque se quitan el cubrebocas. Tuve un masaje en la habitación que fue excelente, Nayelli es muy buena.

Trap! We left one night early. It is not a relaxing place. Loud music bangs from the terrace bar all day long, and you cannot ask for the volume to be brought down. The breakfast, while tasty, is nothing but eggs and chilaquiles and a scarce plate of fruit. Windows don't have mosquito nets, so if you turn on the jacuzzi in your room, prepare for a permanent sauna. COVID measures need to be improved, guests walk around without masks and even some of the staff takes them off in common areas. Our room's closet was nothing had no rails or drawers and it was damp, we couldn't use it. There is no proper isolation between rooms so the noise of couples having sex in other rooms travelled, badly. Plus, the bed is very hard. I didn't give it a cero because the staff is polite and tries hard and the facilities are reasonably clean. Jacuzzi in the room is probably the best part.

Be careful complaining in this hotel or you could have the owner and staff messaging you very rudely, I had to report them and then block them. I even answer nicely to the owner saying that if he really cares for his hotel he should look at google reviews and stop making their own staff adding fake reviews of the hotel to make it look good. I will add the screenshots here. What they did to me yesterday is not even important after having them messaging me with the worst attitude and even harassing me.

I am a constant traveler not only in America but in the whole world, I have found an oasis in Tepoztlan its name is Nequi the hotel, I’m going to tell you what I have experienced. The location is staggering in every sense of the word just a few steps of downtown. The hotel is brand new and the Operational Manager Enrique is a kind guy always willing to give you full advising support. The hotel owner is a bilingual guy an eternal traveler too, so he knows what we need, a cozy and Mexican suite with a great Jacuzzi with all the technology from nowadays. I give you full recommendation ask for the pool sight view it’s just a paradise, don’t miss the amazing breakfast and never ever stop visiting the huge Jacuzzi at the roof top. Heck yeah I’ll be back for more!

A great location, and a nice Hotel, however a little over the price for what you get. Rooms are nice and have hot water, WiFi, AC. Whirlpools in the rooms are a nice cozy touch. Pool is supposed to be open til 10pm but apparently it is open until 8pm during weekdays.
