Es un excelente proyecto inmobiliario, el diseño es innovador y piensa claramente en los detalles. Excelente opción para invertir ubicado en un destino con una proyección de importancia turística.

We stayed in a beautifully decorated condo in the heart of Bucerías and only one block from the beach. This new condo is on the 4th floor and overlooks the pool and the surrounding hills. Everything in this large 2 bedroom apartment is first class including the modern decor and furnishings. The master bedroom has a small patio with a far view of the sea and palms trees. In addition, on the top of the building is a lovely open air patio. For breakfast we ate at the excellent and popular Mr. Cream Pancakes and Waffles, which was downstairs. A convenient surf and paddle shop is also located on the first floor. And also, very importantly, the managers and personnel were very friendly and helpful. Walking here is easy and a car isn’t necessary. This apartment building is located close to 3 of our favorite restaurants: Karen’s Place (on the beach), Sandrina’s, and the French Le Bistro. A small local grocery is located nearby. We recommend the Nereidas Lofts!

We stayed in 2 different suites at Neridas Lofts. Each suite is unique/special and provides you with a boutique feel. This is a classy facility exuding quality throughout. The pool, the views, and friendly attentive staff are a bonus to your holiday experience. The location is fantastic with access to many fantastic restaurants, an on-site surf shop, and of course...the beach! Highly recommended.
