Nunca concretaron un prospecto por su cuenta en más de 2 meses, yo conseguí el cliente con un conocido, por que me hicieron firmar la exclusividad se los que pasar, les di la instrucción de que renta era sin mantenimiento del coto, me pasaron el borrador del contrato y les hice esa observación nuevamente, el día de la firma no lo cambiaron, lo que querían era cobrar más comisión (como es por porcentaje), por si fuera poco no me dijeron que su comisión era más IVA (aunque cobraron el anticipo en efectivo), derivado de esto les pedí factura y se tardaron casi un mes para generarla y eso fue por que los estuve presionando.

They never made a prospect on their own in more than 2 months, I got the client with an acquaintance, because they made me sign the exclusivity of what to spend, I gave them the instruction that the rent was without maintenance of the preserve, they passed me the draft of the contract and I made that observation again, on the day of signing they did not change it, what they wanted was to charge more commission (as it is by percentage), as if that were not enough they did not tell me that their commission was more VAT (although they charged the advance cash), derived from this I asked them for an invoice and it took almost a month to generate it and that was because I was pushing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general fue un buen servicio. La propiedad se rentó rápido, hasta el momento hemos visto que los inquilinos si fueron evaluados y son buenas personas. Fueron muy amables, resolvieron dudas, nos escucharon y estuvieron abiertos a observaciones. Doy 4 estrellas porque tuvieron dentro de su equipo errores de comunicación que afectaron a nosotros y a los inquilinos además que algunas de las fotos que tomaron no nos gustaron, no lucía la propiedad. Sugiero hablen muy claro de lo que desean y esperan.
Overall it was a good service. The property was rented quickly, so far we have seen that the tenants were evaluated and they are good people. They were very friendly, answered questions, listened to us and were open to comments. I give 4 stars because they had communication errors within their team that affected us and the tenants, as well as that some of the photos they took we did not like, the property did not look. I suggest that you speak very clearly about what you want and expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los recomiendo, son muy lentos aunque les entregues los documentos rápido, yo tarde casi un año en cerrar un proceso de compra venta aunque ya tenía el cliente, nunca me entregaron el detalle de por qué me cobraron de más y pedí factura y tampoco me la entregaron, son amables pero caros y lentos
