★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 19 de abril de 2022 al rededor de las 2:30 de la tarde ingrese a las instalaciones de dicho lugar, llevaba conmigo una mochila y una bolsa, las dejé en el lugar en donde el personal te indica que dejes tus cosas acate las órdenes y procedi a dejar mis cosas en dicho lugar,(cabe resaltar que casi no había gente y tampoco cosas que habían dejado los consumidores). Estuve máximo 3 minutos en la tienda, fui a pagar el importe de mis productos y al momento en el cual procedo a tomar mis pertenencias me percato que me robaron mi mochila y las pertenencias que llevaba dentro de ella, el personal me dijo que no se harían responsables por las pérdidas materiales y que si quería me podía esperar fuera de la tienda para ver si alguien regresaba con mis pertenencias, ya que en palabras de ellos "ya ha pasado esto varias veces y las regresan" espere a fuera de la tienda al rededor de 2 horas, al termino de este tiempo no sucedió nada y no me solucionaron absolutamente nada. Hay cámaras de seguridad cerca de esa zona y aun así no hicieron nada.
No recomiendo para nada consumir productos o ingresar a las instalaciones de dicha marca, ya que ahora hasta entrar a comprar productos en dichas instalaciones es inseguro.
Today, April 19, 2022, around 2:30 in the afternoon, I entered the facilities of said place, I had a backpack and a bag with me, I left them in the place where the staff tells you to leave your things, obey the orders and proceeded to leave my things in that place, (it should be noted that there were almost no people and no things that consumers had left). I spent a maximum of 3 minutes in the store, I went to pay the amount of my products and at the moment in which I proceed to take my belongings I realized that my backpack and the belongings that I had inside it were stolen, the staff told me that they do not know they would hold me responsible for material losses and that if I wanted I could wait outside the store to see if someone returned with my belongings, since in their words "this has happened several times and they return them" wait outside the store when around 2 hours, at the end of this time nothing happened and absolutely nothing was solved. There are security cameras near that area and they still did nothing.
I do not recommend consuming products or entering the facilities of said brand at all, since now even entering to buy products in said facilities is unsafe.
