★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les aconsejo no comprar en esta tienda llamada Neto. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Entre una lista de cosas que compré incluía un líquido de limpieza, cuando lo metimos a la bolsa, el líquido venía se vacío la mitad en la bolsa de compras. Les pedí amablemente que me lo cambiaran y me dijeron que no, que yo había roto el bote, que yo teníala culpa etc. La cajera, el cajero y otro señor que quizás sea un jefe se unieron insistiendo que yo había roto la tapa. Esa no es una política de servicio al cliente, al final se unen contra ti a pesar de que estás pagando...es como si les molestara que les compraras.
Jiquipilas es un lugar entrañable para mí, estudié ena primaria José María Muñiz y cada año regreso con mucho cariño a mi querido Chiapas.
Lamentablemente fui a comprar a ese lugar y la forma en que me trataron me dio mucha tristeza.
I advise you not to buy in this store called Neto. Terrible customer service. Among a list of things that I bought included a cleaning liquid, when we put it in the bag, the liquid was half empty in the shopping bag. I kindly asked them to change it and they told me no, that I had broken the boat, that it was my fault, etc. The cashier, the cashier and another gentleman who may be a boss joined in insisting that I had broken the lid. That's not a customer service policy, in the end they gang up on you even though you're paying...it's like they're bothered that you buy from them.
Jiquipilas is an endearing place for me, I studied at the José María Muñiz elementary school and every year I return to my beloved Chiapas with great affection.
Unfortunately I went to buy at that place and the way they treated me made me very sad.
