★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te reciben las monedas de 20 pesos argumentando que los otros clientes no las reciben y que ellos terminan pagando esas monedas de sus bolsillos, te atienden mientras hablan por teléfono, se guardan el dinero en la bolsa de sus batas y aparte te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo "el favor", en fin, una atención muy mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene mucho que abrieron, se ve bonita la tienda, creo que los que atienden se preocupan mas por atender "sus cosas" que por dar un buen servicio, hay otras tiendas Neto donde te atienden mejor como la que esta en San Antonio o la de la Cañada.
They did not have much that they opened, the store looks beautiful, I think that those who attend care more about attending to "their things" than about giving a good service, there are other Neto stores where they serve you better like the one in San Antonio or the of the Cañada.

La empleada me gritó y activo la alarma del establecimiento porque me negué a pagar por un paquete de pan que accidentalmente se me cayó le expliqué que fue un accidente y me exigió que le pagara me dirigí a la puerta y bloqueó mi paso con sus manos y en la puerta otro empleado me gritó cobarde.
Fue una situación humillante y deben de capacitar mejor a sus empleados.
I went to buy and was humiliated by an employee without a mask. The employee yelled at me and activated the alarm of the establishment because I refused to pay for a package of bread that I accidentally dropped I explained to her that it was an accident and she demanded that I pay her I went to the door and blocked my path with her hands and at the door another employee yelled at me cowardly.
It was a humiliating situation and they must train their employees better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supuestamente la hora de cierre es a las 10 PM, pero dejan de dar servicio desde las 7:40 PM, argumentando que su cierre es a las 8 PM, el trato de los trabajadores es pésimo, desde negar mercancía, negar el acceso, ser groseros con los clientes. Pésimo la verdad.
