Terrible service, 13 minutes on hold and never answered the call. The voice message option disabled. They need to have competence to improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De la fregada su servicio de internet. Vivo en la torre LIU de Valle Ote. Nunca funciona bien ni a la velocidad que dicen. Llevan meses diciendo que lo están arreglando y no he tenido cambio. Ya le pedí el servicio a otro proveedor.
Scrub your internet service. I live in the LIU tower of Valle Ote. It never works well or at the speed they say. They have been saying for months that they are fixing it and I had no change. I have already requested the service from another provider.
