★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor que me realizó en estudio fue muy profesional, de confianza y me explicó todo adecuadamente. A ÉL LO RECOMIENDO COMPLETAMENTE.
Mi crítica radica en su asistente de recepción, pues al llegar pedí (como ya le había dicho por teléfono) mi estudio "A quien corresponda" y no a un médico en específico(este es un derecho que todos tenemos y en todo laboratorio me lo han hecho válido) y contestó que no que no podía y hubo que esperar a entrar con el doctor para que él dijera que sí. Asimismo la señorita de recepción se la pasó los 35 minutos que estuve esperando con audífonos hablando de cosas personales lo que da una mala imagen del lugar en mi opinión.
Ante esto también recibí negativa de su parte de utilizar el sanitario porque "sólo es para los médicos" y no para pacientes que pagan por el servicio. Ante esto el médico me aclaró la situación posteriormente.
En resumen: buen médico, profesional y lo recomiendo pero hay que estar pendiente del actuar del personal.

My criticism lies in his reception assistant, because when I arrived I asked (as I had already said on the phone) my study "To whom it may concern" and not to a specific doctor (this is a right we all have and in every laboratory I they have made valid) and answered that no he could not and had to wait to enter with the doctor for him to say yes. Also the lady at the reception spent the 35 minutes I was waiting with headphones talking about personal things which gives a bad image of the place in my opinion.
Given this I also received a refusal from you to use the toilet because "it is only for doctors" and not for patients who pay for the service. Before this the doctor clarified the situation to me later.
In summary: good doctor, professional and I recommend it but you have to be aware of the actions of the staff.
