★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos consulta con la doctora, le mando unos estudios, y cuando le mande los resultados y le pedí que me dijera si era de preocuparse y que hiciéramos de nuevo otra cita, jamas me contestó aunque le mande varios mensajes y correos jamas jamas contesto, tuvimos que cambiar de Neuropediatra.
We had a consultation with the doctor, I sent her some studies, and when I sent her the results and asked her to tell me if it was to worry and to make another appointment again, she never answered me even though I sent her several messages and emails, I never answered, we had to change Neuropediatrician.

Claro la atencion siempre debe ser personalizada de manera etica y la revision de estudios se requiere hacer de manera presencial para evitar errores o mediante una asesoria en linea para revisarlos, definitivamente los estudios que se solicitan NO SE REVISAN POR WHATSAPP NI POR CORREO. Tratamos con personas y en este caso con niños/as esto requiere calidad, tacto y atencion PERSONALIZADA, no olvidemos esto.
Regarding the opinion of not answering by message. Of course, the attention must always be personalized in an ethical way and the review of studies is required to be done in person to avoid errors or through an online consultancy to review them, definitely the studies that are requested ARE NOT REVIEWED BY WHATSAPP OR BY MAIL. We deal with people and in this case with children this requires quality, tact and PERSONALIZED attention, let's not forget this.
