Ten en mente que necesitas recorrer un ascenso de 17 kilómetros de curvas. Te llevará cerca de una hora (en vehículo) Pero créeme, cada curva te tiene un paisaje espectacular preparado. Una vez que llegues a la puerta del Parque Nacional de Nevado de Colima, personal muy amable te abrirá la puerta y te dará las recomendaciones de las fechas. Siempre presta atención a éstas. Tiene un costo actual de $35 pesos MN. por persona (24 de Febrero del 2019). Tendrás acceso a las instalaciones de campamento, unos sanitarios y un manantial. Agua es lo único que puedes conseguir arriba, así que lleva tus provisiones necesarias para una buena aventura. Después puedes iniciar el ascenso al pico del Nevado o a alguno de los Miradores. Contempla caminatas pesadas, rocas sueltas, trepar, brincar, entre otras cosas. Es un ascenso de dificultad rigurosa media a media, si tienes buena condición. Hace frío, ve bien abrigado y con suficiente comida/bebida. Llegar a la cima puede ser de las mejores sensaciones del mundo. Suerte en tu aventura! La mayoría nos conformamos con llegar a las antenas y ver de lejos la cima, pero el día que cruce de las antenas a la cima fue algo maravilloso, un paisaje nuevo algo que solo experimente cuando me aventé de paracaídas, o cuando voy bajando por la montaña en la bicicleta... Cosas que te llegan los ojos mas haya de lo que uno puede ver. Mucho ojo, esto no quiere decir que solo digan vamos, ya que tiene que ver mucha la condición y peso no tiene que ver nada con condición. y mucho mucho cuidado y precaución, cuando vayan que sea con una persona que ya conozca el camino, el como subir, el como escalar y que equipo mínimo llevar. Tienen que ir solo por una cosa, para disfrutar, para olvidarse del mundo y conocer un poco mas nuestra mente. Olvídense de ir solo para cumplir.
