★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their bingsu but they have very poor management, we waited for over an hour with low people in the queue, never asked us if we wanted to take or ETA.

Poor customer management
Because of above, very long wait time even with low amount of customers. Most of them were already finished and sit doing nothing for over 30mins without employees saying something for respect of people waiting outside.
I don’t recommend to eat here because of above and I recommend order instead of possible because are tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice creams are ok. And the employees there have a bad attitude towards customers, we asked an specific kind of ice cream and they prepared another one. When we told them their mistake they were refusing to serve the correct one.
I won't visit there again.
