La semana pasada fui a comprar un helado a este establecimiento, pero estoy inconforme porque no me entregaron ticket , la encargada me manifestó que la computadora no funcionaba, y que debido a eso no me podía entregar ticket
Sin embargo, hay un letrero que indica , si no te dan tu ticket de compra te dan un helado gratis, lo malo es que a mí no me dieron ni helado ni ticket .....
Su sistema deja mucho que desear ......
Estoy bastante inconforme, ojalá y puedan resolver esta situación de lo contrario tendré que ir a otro lugar .....

Creo que nada les cuesta capacitar a sus trabajadores, de nada sirve la calidad del helado si atienden de mal modo, haciendo comentarios fuera de lugar y sin prestar atención a lo que pide el cliente.
Por lo visto en comentarios anteriores les vale la opinión del cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de las empleadas me trató super mal, cuando le pregunte su nombre se puso muy agresiva y me dijo que no me tenía que dar su nombre porque no estaba haciendo nada mal, ni esta siendo grosera, pero era evidente que si lo estaba siendo, a raíz de preguntarle su nombre no me quiso seguir atendiendo, se dio la vuelta y me dejó esperando el preducto que me falta después de unos minutos tuve que decirle que me faltaba un cono y no me quiso ni voltear a ver, su compañera terminó el servicio. Todo esto por que le pedí una cuchara más grande.
