★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera ser una queja pública, sobre este establecimiento, está muy ricos sus helados y lo que venden; pero la atención por parte del personal es pésima, te hacen caras, te contestan horrible.
El día de hoy hace un momento fui al establecimiento pedí un helado de raffaello y una malteada de chocolate, se las pedí al chico 2 veces y al final me termino dado las cosas al revés, me empezó a hacer caras, se enojo, y la otra chica que atendía me empezó a alzar la voz y empezó a decir que nos lo regalaba y demás, yo trate de hablar con ella y explicarle que el chavo no había puesto atención y por eso el conflicto, pero aún así se portaron muy altaneros, aclarando que nosotros en ningún momento les faltamos al respeto.
Entiendo que había mucha gente y presión de por medio, pero yo también ofrezco servicio de productos a las personas y se que uno atendiendo debe de tratar y portarse paciente y aceptar sus errores y no desquitarse con sus consumidores.
 I would like to make a public complaint about this establishment, its ice creams and what they sell are very tasty; but the attention from the staff is terrible, they make faces at you, they answer you horrible.
A moment ago today I went to the establishment and asked for a raffaello ice cream and a chocolate milkshake, I asked the boy twice and in the end he ended up giving me things upside down, he started making faces at me, he got angry, and the another girl who attended began to raise her voice and began to say that she was giving it to us and others, I tried to talk to her and explain that the guy had not paid attention and that is why the conflict, but even so they behaved very haughty, clarifying that we at no time disrespect them.
I understand that there were a lot of people and pressure involved, but I also offer product services to people and I know that someone attending must treat and behave patiently and accept their mistakes and not take it out on their consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un concepto nuevo en Atlacomulco, su propuesta de menú es innovadora, tienen una variedad bastante amplia de sabores. Tienen un buen servicio al cliente, en días con mucha clientela deberás de esperar un poco, pero vale totalmente la pena. Yo te recomiendo el café expreso con helado de vainilla llamado Affogato.
It is a new concept in Atlacomulco, its menu proposal is innovative, they have a fairly wide variety of flavors. They have good customer service, on days with a lot of customers you will have to wait a bit, but it is totally worth it. I recommend the espresso with vanilla ice cream called Affogato.
