★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena (incluso te llevan vasos con agua), las mermeladas en los helados no son de muy buena calidad. Por otro lado tienen varios sabores y combinaciones. El lugar se ve limpio y cuidado.
The attention is good (they even bring you glasses with water), the jams in the ice creams are not of very good quality. On the other hand they have various flavors and combinations. The place looks clean and neat.

Me llene de paciencia pues una de las chicas detrás del mostrador me comentó que solo ella y otra empleada estaban para atender a los clientes de adentro y de afuera, mi paciencia comenzó a agotarse cuando observé que sirvieron a unas personas que llegaron después que nosotros....?
Tuve que seguir esperando ahora con el argumento de que la que te tomaba el pedido lo preparaba, no llevan una logística del orden de como llegan los clientes.....
Las empleadas nunca fueron groseras pero el tiempo de espera deja mucho que desear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor de los helados es bueno. Hay mucha variedad de productos en los cuales puedes disfrutar los distintos sabores de helados. Puedes comer ahí o para llevar. El lugar es bastante amplio, limpio e iluminado.
El único defecto es el personal, les hace falta más capacitación para saber lo que venden y que tengan experiencia en servicio al cliente, ya que son algo apáticos y muy cerrados para explicar.
También tengan bastante cambio (monedas) van dos veces que voy y nunca pueden completar el cambio por qué les hace falta. De ahí en más todo muy bien
The ice cream flavor is good. There are a lot of variety of products in which you can enjoy the different flavors of ice cream. You can eat there or take away. The place is quite spacious, clean and bright.
The only defect is the staff, they need more training to know what they sell and have experience in customer service, since they are somewhat apathetic and very closed to explain.
They also have enough change (coins) they go twice that I go and they can never complete the change because they need it. From then on all very well
