Muchos de nuestros clientes aún recuerdan con cariño a Don Carlos y a Doña María Luisa conversando y conviviendo con todo aquel que entraba a la nevería.

El lugar, calidad del producto, la originalidad y el trato son promedio, no recuerdo haber probado un sabor memorable pero tampoco desagradable

Se me hizo muy caro por 2 helados de 2 bolitas. 80 pesos por helado.
Son buenos, tienen buen sabor. Pero se me hizo exagerado su precio.
Solo de 1L de helado artesanal sale en 100 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los sabores son wow, deliciosos, pero les pongo una estrella, porque su organización en atender es PÉSIMA, y no, no es la primera vez que voy y no saben ni ellos mismos donde empieza la fila.
Ya van varias veces, y eso desde que están en la terraza su atención y organización al cliente es muy mala.
Espero esta crítica los haga repensar su forma de atender, pero eso sí, sus helados son deliciosos.
The flavors are wow, delicious, but I give them a star, because their organization in attending is AWFUL, and no, it's not the first time I've been there and they don't even know where the line begins.
They already go several times, and that since they are on the terrace their customer service and organization is very bad.
I hope this review makes you rethink your way of serving, but yes, their ice creams are delicious.
