Para solicitar información acerca de los precios y disponibilidad de la renta de espacios del lugar hay que ir a las oficinas que se encuentran en el Jardín Etnobotánico de Oaxaca, hay un policía donde pueden preguntar por las oficinas de convenciones. Aún así pueden ir personalmente al centro de convenciones para pedir información acerca de los espacios disponibles para rentar.
Tiene una biblioteca abierta al público, la cual se entra por el lado de la ciudad de las canteras, hay policías que cuidan la entrada y pueden darles indicaciones de como llegar.
