Hola!!! Saludos.
Hello!!! Again I write with the intention of continuing to help all those who have this great illusion and unfortunately it has not been achieved. Before I want to say that this or many clinics, although they mention that they have the highest technology in fertility, it is not like that. The great technology in capture and transfer to obtain embryos if they have it and it is excellent and fast and every day they advance more with great investigations. But sadly we get carried away by that bad information or "misleading" information and by the illusion that we have, because a fertility clinic should ask you for super rigorous studies before doing the process and it is not like that they ask you what everyone asks for the basics of basics. At your first appointment, if you are 38 years old or older, you are automatically diagnosed with "infertility due to low ovarian reserve and age" is the first mistake, obviously if it decreases over time but at that age there are still possibilities, however at that time you start running against time and you get hooked to start a treatment that you don't know when it's going to end. Instead of asking you for specific studies for each case, it is not like that, it is not so personalized. As I mentioned before, I had 5 captures, 4 embryos, 1 of them transferable with high possibilities, but it was not implanted. Now I know that regularly one of 8 embryos is successful and in my case the quality of that single embryo was very good since in addition to 4, 1 was transferable. The problem was not the quality of my embryo. Well, I gave up everything, I got economically and emotionally tired, I stopped taking prenatals and folic acid and it was no longer my goal, however at 10 months I had a spontaneous pregnancy without treatment, without anything, unfortunately it stopped at week 5 curiously I got more away spontaneously than with the $400.00 spent for 5 sacks and a transfer. My problem of implantation failure in both cases is due to coagulation issues and mutations, I had to read a lot and find the best doctors in fertility and imminent doctors in fertility immunology and sadly they are not in Mexico and they do not charge so expensive. This is a message for you to read a lot and be informed before making any decision in the clinic of your choice. He would not exist but if the clinic had had all that knowledge (complete in fertility) today we would talk about something else in my case and I am sure in many more. It is not only the embryo and its quality, it is the quality where it is going to be implanted and everything that is going to happen afterwards. It's not just about telling you to eat healthy, don't stress, etc. They should be a complete guide. The importance in addition to understanding the hormonal issue, pituitary and hypothalamus and the relationship between the proper functioning of the liver and kidney. Food is super key, you need professional support, it's not about fruits and vegetables, it's about what type, quantities, how to combine them, quantities and types of meat, obtaining each food and what to avoid. Question everything and if you need information from my specialists, I will gladly share the contacts with you. They are excellent human beings and I am sure that many who want to throw in the towel will be able to do so by being well informed and looking for these specialists. I can almost guarantee that with this discipline, many will not need to undergo IVF treatment, they will not leave all their assets in a clinic. IVF, there are other alternatives before, and make an IVF your last but last option. Greetings.

I am from Houston and I went to New Hope in Mexico city because an IVF is more affordable. I was told in the first week that due to results that show concern in the genetics of my husband that they might need to do a board meeting to decide if they will agree to help us with our own egg and sperm. Days later we were told that we can go through the natural IVF procedure using our own egg and sperm. The day before my egg retrieval my doctor had to leave due to a family emergency so I had to go through the egg retrieval with another doctor. That was very stressful. Unfortunately I had a spontaneous ovulation and lost the egg. I was then told I could wait 2 more weeks and try a mini IVF. When I returned to the clinic in 2 weeks to start the mini IVF, I was told that the andrologist was going to be out for 2 weeks due to family matters and that I should wait for his return in case he is needed for the day of retreival, I refused to wait and asked to start my treatment. When I got home, the doctor called and said my blood test showed that my hormones were too high so I need to wait 14 days. He told me to take birth control pills to put my ovulation on pause. At this point I was very upset and I didn't know what to think. I had just payed for another ultrasound this day to start my IVF and then I'm being told to wait for a doctor to come back, and when that didn't work I was told my hormones need to be put on pause. I wanted to start looking for another doctor but I had faith in that it would all work out so I waited 2 more weeks and took the birth control. When we went back to finally start my treatment, we were sent to a meeting room with the doctor and director. They said they needed to do a board meeting to decide if they should help us using our own egg and sperm because of the concern with my husband's genetics. It had now been 1 1/2 months later and we could not believe they were doing this after all the time and money we spent! When we asked why now? The director said that they weren't aware in the begining, which is a lie. I have the email showing the date of all our tests and they were given to them before any treatment was started. They took 10 more days to make a decision after their board meeting and said they would help only if we do genetic testing on the embryo. We did not want any genetic testing on the embryo Due to religious beliefs. We were devastated that after all this time and money spent they would make us go through this. They could have told us in the first 2 weeks to not waist our time. They could have told us before starting any treatment! Why tell us they are going to help us and then change their mind?! We are slowly recovering from this horrible experience and still have hope to find the help we need. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I came to Mexico for an IVF treatment due to cost. I spoke with Dr Chavez and met with him when I arrived to Mexico City. Somehow the administrative side thought I was going to Guadalajara and had me scheduled there. After a couple of days I met with Dr Chavez in Mexico City-- we did our first consultation and agreed to move forward in the fertility treatment. What I did not like was that I was later moved with another doctor at almost every appointment. I finally got to continue my care with Dr Jennifer Sedglach. She is very caring. The nurses and the embryologist were all. verygreat people. My biggest issue is that we had paid in advance for the treatment and there was a remaining balance. The clinic refuses to return the difference. I had to actually physically go to get an answer. After speaking to the ladies at the clinic (Hatziri) I asked to speak to the supervisor. It was a lady named Cristina -- she is in Guadalajara. So I called and was told that she was in an office meeting - I was asked to call in 5 minutes. Five minutes later I was told that she had a family emergency to attend to and there was no one else who can assist me I then asked to speak to Dr Chavez and was told he was with a patient. That was fine I wanted to let him know what was going on. Can you believe he left the office through the back door! Unbelievable. I honestly did not know what to think. Please keep in mind that I just had a transfer on Monday. And today is Friday I haven't enjoyed my two week wait dealing with this. Even the clinic acknowledged that I shouldn't have to be going through this. After this ordeal I started to doubt the professionalism and medical services that this facility provides. If I can do another treatment I would not come here. I came to this clinic for the opportunity to have an IVF treatment as in America it is extremely expensive and could not afford it. If this is your case just be very aware with the finances. This really made a stressful event in my life more stressed and completely unnecessary that's why I gave this clinic 1 star

Would Not Recommend This Place At All. Not very organized, this puts a lot of stress on you the patient, trying to get from point A to point B in your treatment. No one speaks proper English as such a lot of errors along the way. They do get the MONEY part of it correct and Precise though. Waste of time and waste of money. Really Disappointed.☺️

Paid for an initial consultation. No one called. When I asked, they said no refunds. Even if you do not give the consultation? I definitely will not be coming back. Warning. Very strange office. Tried to call the NYC office to ask about it, and their answer was, "We don't have any access or know anything about the other offices, so we can't help you. Call this number." I called the number they gave me and it was a non working number due to area codes. When I asked her if she could tell the other office to call me, she said she had no way to contact the other New Hope Fertility office. If the employees of New Hope cannot access the other offices, then how am I supposed to? Poor poor poor service.

I had a similar experience to Micah. The clinic has the lowest prices that I've seen in North America (I've researched a ton of clinics in America, Mexico, Spain, Czech Republic, and Greece....but realistically for me North America ends up just being more practical unless you can live wherever and fly whenever ), but there were a number of red flags.Their website lists the NYC clinic, but on the NYC clinic's website, there is no mention of clinics in Mexico. I asked the coordinator whom I've been emailing about their NYC office and she told me that they just share the name, but that they aren't affiliated with each other (in her signature she lists all the offices including the NYC office....). There was also a lot of pressure to get me to pay for a virtual consultation when nearly every clinic doesn't charge. Their quote for medication was also around 500% less (yes....2 zeros) than the other clinics in Mexico. When I've been doing the math comparing NH to other clinics in Mexico for the same thing with all fees included, they were around $2,700-$5,500 more than NH. I have no idea how they estimate the price of meds that much lower than the others. I don't doubt that they are a legit clinic, but when something is too good to be true, it probably is. They just seemed a bit sketchy.

During a visit to Mexico I was going through a miscarriage (not IVF related) and Dr. Luis Miguel and his partner were extremely accommodating, they gave me a same day appointment, they both were extremely caring and compassionate which helped me a lot to go through the process, they were on the same page as me, I felt heard and understood and that I was in the best hands. Doctors won't push unnecessary surgical procedures. Every single day Dr. Luis Miguel himself would reach out to me to make sure I was doing ok, I cannot express enough gratitude towards him, it is really hard to find true caring doctors and although it was a tough time for me, I am glad I was referred to New Hope Fertility Center and his extremely knowledgeable and caring staff. Both doctors have excellent bed side manners, the entire staff is very professional.
