★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jorge is ultra professional. In and out within half an hour. And in that time: 1) adjusted seat, 2) removed rack and sawed off a piece to accommodate my low seat, 3) added front and back lights 4) repaired the front breaks. Wow! He even sanded and painted the cut piece from the repaired rack.

I am here visiting and I went in one day to ask about buying and they guy said "I'm closing" I thought, he must "work" here, can't be the owner, any owner would not miss a chance to do business. The next day I took in my friend's bike, the friend I am visiting and asked a few questions and he is miserable, never cracks a smile and rude. Well, I found STROL and they were amazing, kind, friendly, helpful and it shows, I am spending close to $3,000 USD with THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a worse business owner. I went to buy a lock and asked him which was BEST and he shrugged his shoulders, as in "I don't know" and walked outside to smoke! MISSED opportunity, when someone says "best" that is a chance for ANY owner to see $$$$ and talk up products. They I asked a few more things and this guy looks like it is painful to answer. He is really not owner material. Good thing there are other bike shops in Ajijic, Haanchakt near the casino were SO professional and helpful and Strol also a in Chapala. This guy should HIRE HELP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent service from Jorge at New Line Bike Shop today. He got by bike tuned up, serviced and ready to ride. A new back rack with bag was purchased here and he handled everything quickly and honestly. Good service with good prices!
