★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui por un pedicure, lo realizaron rápido, me enjuagaron con agua fria y me lastimaron mi dedo, llevo tres semanas y cada vez está más inflamado y me duele , no sé si está infectado porque usaron instrumentos que no estaban limpios o porqué cuestión, ya que no he podido ir al podólogo para que me dé el diagnóstico por falta de tiempo, tomen en cuenta si quieren realizarse este servicio.

Cliente 1 cobraron casí $500 solo por aplicación de tinte, aún cuando el producto lo llevamos nosotros.
Cliente 2.- servicio de baby highlights los tonos que dejaron fueron anaranjados, nada que ver con el tono que elegí.
Comentamos la inconformidad con la encargada además de no resolver solo estaba interesada en cobrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a que me hicieran depilación de ceja y me hicieron una PORQUERÍA. Claramente dije “no la quiero más delgada ni que le den forma, solo limpieza”. Fui a reclamar y me dijeron que así era la forma de mi ceja, pero que me ofrecían una disculpa y el reembolso de mi dinero o “arreglármela” (ni loca iba a dejar que me hicieran más cosas), y yo con $100 no puedo arreglar la PORQUERÍA de trabajo que me hicieron.
Les dejo fotos de cómo es mi ceja (la primera) y cómo me la dejaron.
NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR.
I went to get my eyebrow waxing done and they did a WHY. I clearly said "I don't want it thinner or shaped, just cleaning." I went to complain and they told me that this was the shape of my eyebrow, but that they offered me an apology and a refund of my money or “fix it” (I wasn't going to let them do more things to me), and with $ 100 I can't fix WHY work they did to me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de leer los comentarios agradezco que no me hayan atendido. Llamé y me dijeron que para el tipo de servicio que necesitaba no requería cita. Me atendió la dueña y de manera cortante me dijo que nadie me podía atender así nada más. Al parecer ella tampoco por ser la jefa. Ni hablar ??♀️ encontré un mejor lugar.
After reading the comments, I am grateful that they have not answered me. I called and they told me that for the type of service I needed, I did not require an appointment. The owner attended to me and in a curt manner she told me that no one could attend to me just like that. Apparently she was not the boss either. No way ??♀️ I found a better place.
