★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésimo servicio, costos elevados e incumplimiento en su trabajo. Dicen un costo y después te quieren sacar mas dinero. Yo tengo casi 3 meses con una importación y aun no me hacen llegar mi mercancía. Se abstienen de responder correos, deslindandose de su responsabilidad, incluso una trabajadora llamada Karenyn me pidió dinero por fuera para hacerme llegar mi mercancía, cuando yo ya pagué. Muy groseros en su atención.
The truth is terrible service, high costs and non-compliance in their work. They say a cost and then they want to get more money from you. I have been importing for almost 3 months and they still haven't sent me my merchandise. They refrain from answering emails, declining their responsibility, even a worker named Karenyn asked me for money from outside to send me my merchandise, when I already paid. Very rude in their attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no atienden los teléfonos, tuvimos cargos extras, por almacenajes, demoras y otros por su falta de seguimiento y conocimiento. CUIDADO AL SOLICITAR SUS SERVICIOS, MEJOR BUSCAR OTRAS OPCIONES O SOLICITAR CAMBIO DE CONSIGNATARIO. Ojala y a alguien le sirva esta publicación para pedir a su proveedor otro consignatario.
Terrible service, they do not answer the phones, we had extra charges, for storage, delays and others due to their lack of follow-up and knowledge. BE CAREFUL WHEN REQUESTING THEIR SERVICES, BETTER LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS OR REQUEST A CHANGE OF CONSIGNEE. Hopefully someone will use this publication to ask your supplier for another consignee.
