★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy a punto de hacer mi portabilidad, pero el trato en su página de internet fue super extraño, los asesores (chat) cobran un extra de envío que la página no cobra, además siempre me atendió la señorita Velia Jiménez que me trató super mal, me quiso cobrar extra y no me aclaro mis dudas, parecía que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo, solo pedia y pedia datos.
Ojo no pidan sus chips por medio del chat, pidanlos directamente en la página por que ahí no cobran el envío y llega mas rápido.
El servicio de telefonía estoy por probarlo pero no se ve nada mal.
