★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién adquirí una vivienda a través de las gestiones de Neximo ( específicamente con la asesoría de Yazmin Garnelo) y el resultado del proceso fue muy exitoso tanto para el vendedor como para mí como comprador. A lo largo de la gestión me sentí siempre bien apoyado de manera cercana, oportuna y profesional.
Los recomiendo ampliamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. Cero profesionalismo, no me quieren devolver mis llaves cuando ya finalizó el contrato, la asesora Mónica Sánchez y Jorge Cruz nunca hicieron nada, ni promovieron mi propiedad. Simplemente no están capacitados y tampoco es una empresa seria. ¡NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA! SON FRAUDE
APPALLING. Zero professionalism, they do not want to return my keys when the contract is over, the advisor Mónica Sánchez and Jorge Cruz never did anything, nor did they promote my property. They just aren't trained and it's not a serious company either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! THEY ARE FRAUD

La asesora Maritza Mercader con muy poca ética profesional. Nos mostró un departamento.
Se confirma. Se paga póliza. Se nos avala con documentos y ya teniendo fecha incluso de la firma 5 días antes 7pm nos dice que está vendido y que nos quedamos sin departamento, cuando se le pregunto antes y nos confirmo que nosotros lo teníamos ganado, apartado e incluso ya fue gente de mudanza para preparar la logística.
Pésimo servicio! No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto y no les crean cuando les confirman algo. Es un fraude

The adviser Maritza Mercader with very little professional ethics. He showed us an apartment.
It is confirmed. Policy is paid. He endorses us with documents and already having a date even of the signature 5 days before 7pm he tells us that it is sold and that we are left without an apartment, when he was asked before and he confirmed that we had won it, separated and even it was already people from move to prepare the logistics.
Terrible service! I do not recommend it at all and do not believe them when they confirm something. it's a fraud
