A mí me hicieron redactar una carta con copia de mi INE para recuperar un número y que según solo era esperar la respuesta y pues por quedarme esperando se me pasó el tiempo y después me fue imposible recuperar mi línea. Así como te pueden resolver si los presionas, también muchas veces te dan el avión con falsas esperanzas y mientras tanto transcurre el tiempo que tienes para que otras instancias te resuelvan.
