★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puros estúpidos atienden las llamadas telefónicas en atención a clientes. ademas de estar esperando mucho para que un ejecutivo conteste transfien mal las llamadas. Pésimo servicio, era mejor como Nextel y ahora que es ET&T están peor .
Ademas no hay confidencialidad con la información ya que los promotores e los equipos tienen acceso y ofrecen equipos sin dar la información correcta con promociones que no respetan.
PESIMA EMPRESA
Stupid cigars answer phone calls in customer service. In addition to waiting a lot for an executive to answer wrongly transfer calls. Terrible service, it was better as Nextel and now that it is ET & T are worse.
