Compre mi garantía y me terminaron estafando con ella.
Mande mis consola PS4 a mantenimiento por un problema del disco duro y no hicieron la limpieza necesaria y a parte le hicieron falta tornillos cuando la volvi a mandar a garantía y me dijeron que había sido yo.
UNA TOTAL ESTAFA Y UN PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
Tardaron 1 mes en revisar mi consola para que al final me dijeran que según yo manipule mi consola.
UNA ASCO DE EMPRESA, INCLUYENDO A SUS TRABAJADORES.
A total scam.
I bought my warranty and they ended up ripping me off with it.
I sent my PS4 console to maintenance for a hard drive problem and they did not do the necessary cleaning and some screws were missing when I sent it back to warranty and they told me it was me.
A TOTAL SCAM AND A BAD SERVICE.
It took them 1 month to check my console so that in the end they told me that according to me I manipulated my console.
