He intentado llamar más de 40 veces en distintos días. Y solo entra conmutador. Esta pésimo su servicio al cliente. Por favor necesito que alguien me contacte. Quiero liquidar mi crédito automotriz pero nadie me atiende. Ayuda

El agente de cobranza Jesus Ruiz es un grosero te intimida amenaza y daña las unidades pues no tiene nada de etica profesional se dirige a los clientes despectivamente va y busca a los clientes deshoras de la noche a sus domicilios hace llamadas despues de la hora establecida por condusef a fuerza te quiere quitar la unidad al mínimo atraso y sino se la entregas las daña de las llantas pintura y hace un monton de cosas para afectar a los clientes

Tarifas altísimas, el trámite tardó meses; duplicaron una mensualidad, no se hicieron responsables y aparte marcaban para cobrarla de nuevo, el servicio de cobranza no es malo, es pésimo, el peor con el que me he topado. Existen cargos morosos y retrasos, pero el trato de cobranza es prepotente, grosero, amenazador e insultante. Por 10 días de retraso tocan en tu domicilio y están intimidando al CLIENTE. El asesor que me vendió la unidad renunció por que lo trataron igual o peor, lo corrieron sin pagar su liquidación ni lo dias trabajados. Pésima empresa en todos los sentidos.

Todo bien al principio se pagaba y no había problema, todo empezó cuando me robaron la camioneta, de por si ya era difícil contactarlos ahora mucho más, nose bien como funciona eso de que tenga rastreador, obviamente quise comunicarme con ellos ya con la policía y nadie me atendió hasta 2 semanas después del incidente, ya para que. Ahora me dicen que tengo que seguir pagando las mensualidades de una camioneta que ya no tengo y aparte me amenazaba de rescindir contrato y de quitarme la unidad por falta de pago, la empresa es un desastre total no se ponen de acuerdo con nadie no saben nada es imposible contactar a alguien si no es que te quieren cobrar, llegue a pensar que la empresa ya no existía porque no había con quien hablar. La peor empresa de la que he sido cliente.
