P	Pamela Galleguillos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ,no respondieron a un servicio contratado con anticipación ,casi pierdo mi vuelo desde el hotel hacia Cancún ,tuve que pagar un taxi de mi bolsillo y aún no tengo respuesta de la empresa, a pesar de haber enviado toda la información requerida ,no lo recomiendo bajo ningún punto de vista . Terrible service, they did not respond to a service contracted in advance, I almost missed my flight from the hotel to Cancun, I had to pay for a taxi out of my own pocket and I still have not received a response from the company, despite having sent all the required information, no I recommend it under no point of view.

Lo pagamos todo desde españa, y nos recogieron en el aeropuerto de cancun 1 hora y media tarde , encima con la duda de si nos iban a recoger o no ,porque al chico que nos recibió en el aeropuerto no le cogian el telefono nadie. Tampoco recomiendo hacer excursiones con ellos pues son muy muy caras. La empresa que recomiendo para las excursiones es XCAPE y el transfer VIAMEX. THE WORST, they are unpresentable, nothing serious in their work. We paid for everything from Spain, and they picked us up at the Cancun airport 1 hour and a half late, on top of the question of whether they were going to pick us up or not, because the boy who received us at the airport did not pick up the phone. I also do not recommend doing excursions with them because they are very expensive. The company I recommend for excursions is XCAPE and VIAMEX transfer.
S	Sohan Arteaga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez q me descriniman y q no me atienden de forma Atenta, El personal solo te barre de arriba abajo para ver si eres extranjero, por qué con ellos son un poco más amables . Pero la atención y servicio es putrefacto no lo recomiendo el servicio es de mala calidad y aparte te hacen esperar 1 hora para que abordes tu trasporte. La discriminación como acto por parte de una persona q labora en una presa como @Nexus es algo q deja huella en una persona y más cuando es nacional y lo hacen personas que se prestan para dar un servicio. Por cierto nefasto, nadie tiene tacto para recibirte y q sea tu llegada amena y relajada. It is the first time that they describe me and that they do not treat me attentively, The staff only sweeps you up and down to see if you are a foreigner, why they are a little more friendly with them. But the attention and service is rotten I do not recommend it the service is of poor quality and apart from that they make you wait 1 hour for you to board your transportation. Discrimination as an act by a person who works in a dam like @Nexus is something that leaves a mark on a person and more so when it is national and is done by people who provide a service. By the way disastrous, nobody has the tact to receive you and make your arrival pleasant and relaxed.

E	Elena Yarsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible experience. We booked round trip transfer from Cancun airport to a Tulum hotel. When we arrived at the airport and walked to the Nexus waiting area, we checked in with a representative and ended up waiting over an hour for a ride. Actually our shuttle bus never even showed up so after an hour they bought us a taxi. On the way back to the airport, we were so nervous that they wouldn't show up, even though we confirmed it multiple times. They showed up 2.5 hours early and said there was.no other.option, which ruined the last of our tripand now we are stuck sitting at the airport for over 3 hours at the gate waiting for our flight.
A	Andrei Mihai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this guys. Not trustworthy at all. They were supposed to pick us up at 1.25. I called them at 1.30 and they tolde the driver is at the hotel gate. 15 minutes later they told me to get a Cab because driver is not comming and it was a misunderstanding
D	Daniel Connelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disorganized company I have ever seen in my life. Made us wait 20+ mins for a van and driver that where there the whole time. We where checked in 4 times. No one knew what was going on even though 5 employees standing around. They had their tablets to check people in and then had a paper log they could not understand and asked us another 5 times who we where after we where checked in 3 times. Driver was nice. Take a taxi.
M	Matthew Seymour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our travel agent booked this company for our transfers to and from our resort. We were attending a wedding, so basically everyone was booked with nexus. They took 2 hours to get around to getting us from the airport to hotel, and we considered ourselves lucky. They just didn’t show up period for a large percentage of the wedding group. Horrible company and completely untrustworthy. They are also actually in cahoots with the cab drivers at the airport. The scam is making you wait long enough to get annoyed and say F it, I’ll take a cab. The nexus workers then find you a cab, and take a cut of the cabby’s fare for putting you in a position where you needed a cab yo begin with.
