Sí reportas fallas en su internet te solucionan hasta en un mes aproximadamente A place with a very dirty office and a very sarcastic unkind secretary will not attend to your requests for their bad service. E	Esperanza Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No les recomiendo q lo contraten tienen pésimo servicio yo tengo un mes y medio sin servicio y les ablo y solo me diesen q está en proceso a pero cuando se llega el momento del pago están listos y sino Telo cortan así mismo deberían de ser eficientes al momento q seles reporte una falla pero nada solo de asen pendegos I do not recommend that they hire you, they have a terrible service, I have a month and a half without service and I speak to them and they only give me that they are in process but when they arrive the moment of payment they are ready and if Telo they cut themselves they should be efficient at moment you report them a fault but nothing just as pendegos

Su servicio de internet es pésimo: su velocidad es bastante intermitente y seguido se cae. - La velocidad que recibes no es ni la mitad de lo que en realidad te prometen (y pagas). - Su servicio de soporte es bastante deficiente ya que al momento que levantan el reporte debes esperar que ellos te llamen para tratar de solucionar el problema, y se terminan comunicando contigo de 2 a 7 días. - Su página de soporte está caída constantemente y no es posible acceder a ella desde otra red... Por lo que si te quedas sin internet y quieres reportarlo vía online, olvídate de que puedas acceder a ella. Por último: probablemente si te quedas sin internet en casa y se les cayó la fibra óptica, no funcionará su página de soporte ni su línea telefónica... No podrás reportar nada... y ni siquiera tienen la atención de comunicarte de la falla. No los contraten, son muy malos en todo. Ahorrense su tiempo y dinero contratando a esta empresa. They charge for speeds that they never provide. If I had another choice, I'd change. And the minute there's something else, I will change.
