No fueron amables y mucho menos ofrecen opciones u alternativas, la cuales siempre hay, pero les falta dar ese plus al cliente, el factor wow para sorprender y que uno se sienta bien recibido. They were not friendly and much less offer options or alternatives, which there are always, but they need to give that extra to the client, the wow factor to surprise and make one feel well received.
