Me cobraron extra por que mi perro traía enredado su cabello a lo cual accedí con tal de que no le cortaran demás su melena al recogerlo no solo estaba literalmente pelón, sino que al decirle al empleado mi molestia su respuesta fue : "ya no lo traiga aquí"
Terrible service, expensive and rude. They charged me extra because my dog had his hair tangled, to which I agreed as long as they did not cut his hair too much when picking it up, not only was he literally bald, but when I told the employee my annoyance his response was: "no longer bring it here"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solían tener buen servicio, cotizamos operar a nuestra gatita en otro negocio, se les dio el precio que nos dieron y se les especificó que incluía ese precio, decidieron darnos "mejor" tarifa y optamos por hacer la operación ahí con ellos pues ya eramos clientes de años, al modo y como suele pasar, una vez ya con la gatita operada ahora si a cobrar lo que supuestamente ya estaba incluido, la manera de querer hacer las cosas y la manera de hablarle a un "cliente" hechan a perder lo que muchos negocios les toma tiempo lograr, un mal entendido se entiende, lejos de ser el caso, perdieron un negocio que les duraría muchos años más.
