Si faltas una vez te corren, quieren que les trabajes de mas por una miseria de sueldo. Entran muchas personas pero se salen muy rápido, la verdad las políticas de la maquila no son justas. Te dan MEDIA HORA de comida por NUEVE horas de trabajo. ahora con lo de la pandemia, te dan un cubrebocas para un mes, si lo traes roto no te lo cambian, los tienes que comprar. No les recomiendo trabajar ahí. Sí, tenemos necesidad pero la maquila se aprovecha de eso para explotarte. the company is very ugly. Los jefes son mala onda al igual que las de recursos humanos, les dices un problema que tienes y te dan el avión, solo dicen que tratarán de arreglarlo pero hasta ahí se quedan. No tienen cuidado con el medio ambiente; se desperdicia mucha agua, no se separan los desechos, algunos compuestos se tiran así como si nada, lo cual representa un gran peligro para el ecosistema. Te dan 30min de comida por ¡9 horas de trabajo! Tienes que comprar el agua que ingieres ahí. Y sobretodo en una parte de la maquila, donde esta mantenimiento, hay una pequeña fuga de gas. Jamás la arreglarán, tal vez solo cuando estalle. Terrible company, no security measures.
