It was one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant. If you're in Cancun, this place needs to be added to your list to visit. The entire experience from start to finish was beautiful!!! ❤❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicoletta hands down had the best service I have ever had! From the moment we walked in we were handled with care and were treated so nicely. Armando and Nancy were our waiters and were so attentive and kind and always came to check on us. The manager Oscar made our Alfredo in front of us, with the food coming in time and perfectly made. Not only was the service amazing the food was delicious too! Nicoletta is the perfect place to stop by here in Mexico, it’s Italian atmosphere and chic look will forever be memorable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way to the airport. Excellent location overlooking the water and a beautiful interior design that would make you think you’re in Ancient Greece! The staff service was great, our serves were very cheerful and made our experience even better. The quality of the food was amazing, the only downside being the steep price but we knew that beforehand so can’t really say it was an unexpected surprise! Overall a great restaurant with amazing quality and tasty food choices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a place worth reviewing. It was an amazing experience. It has a beautiful view, the food is delicious and the service was outstanding! Moses and his assistant, Luis, took great care of us. It was my husband’s birthday and they prepared a surprise dessert for him. It was an incredible experience overall and we will definitely be returning next time we’re in Cancun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great! And the service was beyond perfect. I really recommend the place, all the staff is way too gentile and polite but Paco is the guy you want to run your table , he gives the best advice for Mezcal, Pasta , steaks and the desserts ( oh lord the dessert ) . 5 stars

Evening view on the bay,stuff ,not noisy but helpful,decorations…you fill someone take a care of your.Many thanks for Pako.
