★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa que ya casi no contrata por nomina la mayoría ya son subcontratos "Indefinidos" porque cuando hay alguna crisis el indefinido no sirve de nada terminan corriéndote sin pagarte casi nada. Aparte su sistema tiene muchas fallas , no cuentan con un sistema maduro y solo se la pasando probando tecnologías y reinventando la rueda. Sus horarios no son claros te dicen que serán de 9 a 6 pm de lunes a viernes pero muy raro son respetados la mayoría de veces trabajas de 9 am hasta las 2 o 3 am del siguiente día . Su sistema no es muy amigable y presenta muchas fallas las cuales se han visto con clientes que se han ido en los últimos meses. Si te gusta salir muy tarde, batallar con errores de otros equipos,, batallar con un sistema poco amigable, ser subcontratado sera tu empresa ideal. Aparte Trabajan en entregas semanales las cuales solo desgastan al personal y hacen quedar bien a los jefes pero su sistema visualiza el resultado de una mala planeacción ya que es lento y poco eficiente

Their hours are not clear they tell you that they will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday but very rare they are respected most of the time you work from 9 a.m. until 2 or 3 a.m. the next day. Its system is not very friendly and it has many failures which have been seen with clients who have left in the last months. If you like going out too late, battling with errors from other teams, battling with an unfriendly system, being outsourced will be your ideal company. Besides, they work in weekly installments which only wear down the personnel and make the bosses look good, but their system visualizes the result of poor planning since it is slow and inefficient.
