★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las famosas nieves de garrafa, así les dicen a los botes que contienen la nieve y con los cuales los elaboran girándolos en hielo picado con sal de grano, que es la forma artesanal de hacerlos. La nieve de zarzamora una delicia, muy recomendable. No se diga la de queso filadelfia o la de chongos zamoranos. No como nieves, pero comí todos los días que estuve en Tlaque, se puede uno volver adicto a ellas.
