Without a doubt there is a drop in the quality of the snows, however it surprises me because in the Santa Anita branch the snows taste richer. Friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fui en busca de una nieve, con un vasito de mi casa, les pedí que me sirvieran en el vaso para evitar usar plástico innecesario. Se negaron, lo mejor que podían hacer era usar el vaso plástico como medida y cambiarlo a mi vaso (lo cual no tiene sentido) dije bueno. Pero no obstante, al decirles que deberían de ser más flexibles para los clientes que no queremos plástico y que no volvería a consumir ahí la única respuesta que obtuve fue :ni modo, y otra persona se burló de mi.
Deberían de capacitarse en conciencia ambiental y respeto al cliente.
No vuelvo.
Today I went in search of some snow, with a glass from my house, I asked them to serve me in the glass to avoid using unnecessary plastic. They refused, the best they could do was use the plastic cup as a measure and change it to my glass (which doesn't make sense). I said good. But nevertheless, when I told them that they should be more flexible for customers who do not want plastic and would not consume there again, the only answer I got was: no way, and another person made fun of me.
They should be trained in environmental awareness and respect for the customer.
I am not coming back.
