El proceso es artesanal, batiendo la mezcla en botes grandes con palas de madera que van dentro de una tina grande de madera con trozos de hielo salpicado con sal de grano para mantener la temperatura. Su variedad de sabores no es muy amplia pero seguro algún sabor te cautivará. La nieve de vainilla, mamey, nuez, chocolate y elote son hechas con base de leche y mi preferida de limón es de agua. La textura de estas nieves es suave sin grumos, de sabores deliciosos y naturales. Aqui tambien hacen sus propios barquillos y canastitas son tipo morelianas. Este lugar lo conocen los lugareños, asi que tu toca la puerta y te venden tu nieve. La puedes disfrutar en un jardin cuadras arriba o donde desees, sin embargo este lugar no tiene donde te sientes. Puedes encontrarlos en el jardin de San Francisco los domingos despues de las 4 pm. In my opinion, the best carafe snows in Colima are made here !!! This place is known to the locals, so you knock on the door and they sell you your snow. You can enjoy it in a garden blocks up or wherever you want, however this place does not have where you sit. You can find them in the Jardin de San Francisco on Sundays after 4 pm.
