Lo que más me gusta de estas nieves es que los sabores no son tímidos ni sutiles: si la nieve es de hierbabuena, de verdad que es una explosión de hierbabuena en cada cucharada.
Otra cosa que me gusta es el sabor natural de los ingredientes. Me da la impresión de que no utilizan saborizantes artificiales.
Mis favoritas son las de Mandarina, crema de lima, garambuyo, clericot y la de rosa. Una excelente opción para una tarde de domingo.
My favorite snows of León in the category of local or family businesses.
What I like most about these snows is that the flavors are not shy or subtle: if the snow is mint, it really is an explosion of mint in each spoonful.
Another thing that I like is the natural flavor of the ingredients. I get the impression that they do not use artificial flavors.
My favorites are those of Mandarina, lime cream, garambuyo, clericot and rose. An excellent choice for a Sunday afternoon.
