Niik Tulum - 77760 Tulum

A wonderfully tranquil hotel in an exclusive neighborhood. The setting is so beautiful and the staff so kind, friendly, and relaxed, it could be a zen retreat. My daughter and I will definitely come again if we are ever able and I would recommend to anyone.

The Niik hotel is a very nice place. The room was spotless, cozy and spacious. We slept like babies and were awakened by the song of birds. The area is very quiet, secure and close to everything. You can also rent a bike for free. We checked in with Alvaro, the manager, very friendly he was always available and gave us good advice about what to do around. We'll definitely come back.

The hotel is not located very good, the rooms aren‘t isolated well. There is a construction site next doors that started working at 4:40 AM. Rental bike prices cost twice as much as elsewhere (300 Pesos). The staff is nice however wouldn‘t visit again

The staff were nice and helpful, but the location is not great, and it’s noisy during the day. There was a whole day long power cut and the hotel didn’t have power generators like other nearby hotels had

Boutique hotel, several rooms, nice and friendly personnels. Rooms have good equipment enough for comfort. Lot of restaurants very closely to hotel.

We booked this place at booking.com because we were looking for a pet-friendly hotel. Arrived at 9:30 pm - the manager tried to charge us 4000 pesos (200$) deposit IN CASH for 2 dogs (there was no info about that on website or in email). This is amount for 1 night while the cost of staying is twice cheaper. No options offered, no help, no compromise, so we had to search for another place with a lot of luggage at late night.

I loved my stay at Niik Tulum. The room was very clean and so were the common areas. The swimming pool was very cute and loved that I could swim there at any time, really. It is a nice, centric hotel in Aldea Zama and the stuff was the best of my experience to be honest! On my second day, I rented a bike at the hotel and I totally recommend doing this to move around, it changed my experience completely!

Beautiful hotel, love the aesthetic. Whoever designed this did a really great job. The rooms look onto a lot of plants and trees and a lovely pool which gets afternoon sun. The drinks at the bar were good, as was the pizza/pasta we had at the restaurant in the evening (well priced). Other reviews have mentioned the location - we stayed three nights and had no issue with noise. It's in the safer, quieter hotel area, but a quick walk to a variety of restaurants, a convenience store, mezcal bar and froyo (+ ice cream) place nearby. There's parking in the shade on the side of the hotel. Staff were super friendly and let us store our bags for most of the day before we left (thank you!). Liked the little touches like the water bottle in the room each day, the way the rooms smelled super fresh and the little turtle soaps. :)
