★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group sat outside, they arranged the tables for us before we arrived. We had pre-ordered, so the kitchen was ready for us. They brought out baskets of freshly baked focaccia bread (delicious!) while we waited for our meals. I had the spinach stuffed chicken breast. The grilled veggies that came with it were perfectly cooked. But the mushroom gravy that was on the plate was the best I can remember having anywhere here Lakeside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my absolutely favorite place for breakfast and today I had lunch for the first time. Their brisket sandwich is amazing. The owners are so friendly and always recognize me and welcome me with big smiles. They even asked after a friend who joins me occasionally and was away for 2 months. Their ample outdoor seating is comfortable, completely covered, very welcoming.

I had the Greek salad, and it’s ok at best. Pretty oily greens, black and not kalamata olives, definitely not feta cheese. Not bad, but there are better options locally. Anything higher than 3 stars would be exaggerated.
