★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMENDADO! Horrible!!!! Pondría menos calificación pero no se puede. Pedimos comida a las 12:45pm, (2 rollos calientes y un yakimeshi pequeño) la cajera indicó que tardarían 20 minutos aprox en sacar los alimentos… pasó UNA HORA y NADA, pasaron entre 10-15 minutos más y decidimos verificar… resulta que nuestro pedido estaba en barra y la cajera JAMÁS nos aviso, no pidió disculpas, absolutamente nada, solo entregó, obviamente la comida ya estaba fría cuando llegó a nuestra mesa… cabe resaltar que esto mismo le pasó a otras personas que esperaban. Intenté dejar mi queja directamente en el establecimiento y la cajera indicó que era con el gerente y no estaba.
Los precios son elevados para la porción.
Me sorprende que estando en tan buena ubicación descuiden tanto la atención y servicio al cliente…
