Muy bien servicio. Las instalaciones las considero amplias. La comida es rica. El personal atento y feliz. Lo recomiendo para cenar agusto o para una cita tranquila.

Ahora con el tema del estilo buffet creo que los tiempos son más largos, la limitante de las porciones no nos ayuda años que ya sabemos que es lo que nos gusta en específico y tal vez se ocupa más personal por el tema de la rapidez en general todo el personal muy amable.

Me gustó, tienen un buffet bien economico por $249 y está muy bueno lo que incluye, pedí varios platillos como brochetas de queso manchego, varios rollos y una pasta deliciosa que fue sugerencia de un mesero del lugar ( Carlos ), todo lo que probé estaba delicioso, pedí hasta un postre de plátano con nieve que estaba muy bueno también, les recomiendo este lugar y si tienen dudas de que comer pregunten a los meseros, son muy amables y de seguro les recomendaran algo muy sabroso. Lo único que extrañe fueron fotos en el menú que " bajas " con el código qr. Regresaré pq hubo algunos platillos que no probé ( pidan media orden y así probaran más platillos para que descubran cuáles son sus favoritos y los pidan en su siguiente visita)
I liked it, they have a very cheap buffet for $249 and what is included is very good, I ordered several dishes such as Manchego cheese skewers, several rolls and a delicious pasta that was suggested by a local waiter (Carlos), everything I tried was delicious, I even ordered a banana dessert with snow that was very good too, I recommend this place and if you have doubts about what to eat, ask the waiters, they are very kind and they will surely recommend something very tasty. The only thing I missed were photos in the menu that you "download" with the qr code. I will return because there were some dishes that I did not try (ask for half an order and thus you will try more dishes so that you discover which are your favorites and order them on your next visit)

Pésimo, nos llegó todo mutilado el sushi, estaba pegado y desecho, no tenía buen sabor y hasta los complementos no sabían rico.

Porfavor comportense a la altura de un restaurant de cadena y tengan homologacion entre sucursales, siempre pedimos de la sucursal de Nikkori Cumbres y es excelente, en calidad y sabor. Hoy ordenamos de esta sucursal y ha sido muuuy diferente, para 4 platillos solo mandaron una miserable salsa de anguila, el arroz de los rollos está batido y pegajoso, ademas no le ponen los ingredientes completos al rollo. Pedi el México Especial y no le agregaron el cebollin. Pésima experiencia. No vuelvo.
Please behave at the level of a chain restaurant and have approval between branches, we always order from the Nikkori Cumbres branch and it is excellent, in quality and flavor. Today we ordered from this branch and it has been sooo different, for 4 dishes they only sent a miserable eel sauce, the rice in the rolls is beaten and sticky, also they do not put the complete ingredients on the roll. I ordered the México Especial and they didn't add the chives. Bad experience. I am not coming back.

Business seems to be going under soon. Sadly. Half of the menu is not available, and they wont let you know that your dish is not available until 15 minutes after you ordered, or they bring your dish incomplete. The personel seem to not have a clue of what is going on, needles to say, it lacks professionalism. Obvisouly, the quality has been decreasing significantly. I was a repeating customer, last time I was there I had to cancel the orders and go to another restaurant, won't be going there again. A shame because I enjoyed the food very much.
