★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida siempre es buena y siempre la pedimos para llevar. Esta vez si pedimos ahí. Pésimo servicio por parte de la mesera. En el ticket dice que se llama Laura. Pedi mi sushi sin queso, llego con queso y me dice molesta que no le había indicado eso cuando claramente hasta mi esposo escucho el momento en el que le di las instrucciones. Siempre es el mismo platillo y siempre lo pido sin queso. Después de que le dijimos eso seguía insistiendo que no. ?? Ya que le pedimos la cuenta, que por cierto tuvimos que pararnos a pedírsela porque andaba comiendo Cheetos o algo así…Regresa con la cuenta y los dedos todos embarrados de lo que estaba comiendo. Muy desagradable momento. Le dejamos el 10% por cortesía pero ni por el servicio. Ese tipo de personas no deberían de estar atendiendo. Espero que el gerente pueda capacitarlos mejor.
The food is always good and we always order it to go. This time if we order there. Terrible service from the waitress. On the ticket it says her name is Laura. I ordered my sushi without cheese, it arrived with cheese and she tells me annoyed that I had not told her that when clearly even my husband heard the moment I gave him the instructions. It's always the same dish and I always ask for it without cheese. After we told him that he kept insisting no. ?? Since we asked him for the bill, which by the way we had to stop to ask him because he was eating Cheetos or something like that... He comes back with the bill and his fingers all muddy from what he was eating. Very unpleasant moment. We leave you 10% as a courtesy but not for the service. Those kind of people shouldn't be attending. I hope the manager can train them better.
