★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del mesero. Actitud grosera y prepotente. Carecen de higiene, ya que los vasos que nos dieron estaban sucios y tenían mal olor.
Terrible attention from the waiter. Rude and pushy attitude. They lack hygiene as the glasses they gave us were dirty and smelly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lastima que en el nikkori de Querétaro hay tan mal servicio y calidad de alimentos siendo una cadena de sushi de excelente calidad en otros lugares de México como playa del Carmen por ejemplo... Al entrar nos recibí un venezolano de muy mala gana pregunte si podíamos estar arriba y me dijo que era parte de la cafetería a lo que no entendí y me respondió super grosero: que no entiendes o que?? El mismo fue el mesero y sinceramente un servicio muy malo sin atención nada servicial y todo de mala gana.. En cuanto a la comida no cumple con la calidad adecuada el sushi se deshacía todo al tomarlo con los palillos sin poner soya. No volvería y mucho menos recomendaría
What a pity that in the nikkori of Querétaro there is such poor service and quality of food being a sushi chain of excellent quality in other places in Mexico such as Playa del Carmen for example... Upon entering we were greeted by a very reluctant Venezuelan, I asked if we could be upstairs and he told me that it was part of the cafeteria to which I didn't understand and he replied super rude: you don't understand or what?? He himself was the waiter and honestly a very bad service without attention, not helpful and all reluctantly... As for the food, it does not meet the adequate quality, the sushi fell apart when taken with chopsticks without putting soy. I would not return and much less recommend
