Para ciertas reparaciones tienes que preguntar el tiempo ya que algunas piezas tiene que ser mandadas de Estados Unidos.
En este mismo lugar se imparten las clases de Nikon School.
Debes llevar identificación para poder acceder al lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, mande un lente a servicio y quedo como nuevo, y a muy buen precio. Lo único que falta para ser 5 estrellas es mejorar la comunicación, tiene uno que estar mandando correos o hablando para seguir el proceso, de ahí en fuera muy recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lastima que una marca tan renombrada en su ámbito tenga un centro de atención tan complicado. Los horarios no son nada adecuados para personas que trabajamos, y si de por sí ya el hecho de tener un solo centro de servicio en todo el país hace las cosas difíciles, en el edificio se encargarán de hacer de tu experiencia una pesadilla. Empezando con las recepcionistas de Capital Reforma que son nada amigables. Pienso que esto es un punto muy importante a tomar en cuánta cuando decidas comprar un equipo nuevo.
It is a shame that a brand so renowned in its field has a center of attention so complicated. The schedules are not at all suitable for people who work, and if in fact the fact of having only one service center in the whole country makes things difficult, in the building they will be in charge of making your experience a nightmare. Starting with the Capital Reforma receptionists who are not friendly at all. I think this is a very important point to take in how much when you decide to buy a new equipment.

Productos dÍficiles y complicados. La cámara P950 NO FUNCIONA sin batería y el cable adaptardor díficil de encontrar. Productos basura :( NO LOS COMPREN
Customer service is TRASH. The contact telephone number that they show on their website does not work and for spare parts it is not said. THERE IS NOT. Difficult and complicated products. P950 camera DOES NOT WORK without battery and hard to find adapter cable. Junk Products :( DO NOT BUY THEM

Su sensor está impecable, considero que su cobro es un abuso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had talk with them and get agree that they can clean our camera . We sent to them office and we got e mail that they are not sure this camera grey market camera or not . So they asked to us invoice . It was most strange thing we ever heard .We sent to them invoice. At the end they came up with real problem . NIKON MÉXICO CITY CANNOT CLEAN NIKON (Our Nikon camera D3X ) CAMERAS . They were only trying to keep us busy. It was such un professional behavior they showed .We lost 40 dollar shipment cost and many of our hours with them .
