★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Pedimos un arreglo para hoy 12 de mayo y la verdad llegó una porquería. Nada comparado a la foto original (adjunto fotos). Las flores parecen marchitas y viejas. Solicitamos que se incluyeran chocolates en el arreglo y los mandaron por separado envuelto de la peor manera. Muy lamentable, primera y última vez que contratamos.
Very poor service. We asked for an arrangement for today May 12 and the truth is a crap. Nothing compared to the original photo (attached photos). The flowers look faded and old. We requested that chocolates be included in the arrangement and they were sent separately wrapped in the worst way. Very unfortunate, first and last time we hired.

Peeesimo.
Yo no vuelvo a ir, que lastima que siendo un lugar tan bonito pierdan clientes por un mal trato.
I must point out that I really like the arrangements, however customer service was lousy the last time I went, the owner gave me a "you can't afford a bouquet" treatment.
Terrible.
I will not go again, what a pity that being such a beautiful place they lose customers due to bad treatment.
