It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for two rolls to arrive ... terrible service at home ... they do not comply with the time they say ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Hice un pedido y me dijeron que a más tardar en 55 min llegaba (que de por sí es mucho). Pasada una hora llamo y me dicen que tuvieron inconvenientes y apenas lo estaban preparándo. Definitivo no es buen servicio. Lo más lógico es que hubieran avisado del "inconveniente".
Appalling. I placed an order and they told me that it would arrive within 55 min at the latest (which in itself is a lot). After an hour I call and they tell me that they had problems and they were just preparing it. Definitely not good service. The most logical thing is that they would have warned of the "inconvenience".
