★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me realice un balayage en este lugar, pese a que mi cabello no era el más adecuado para el trabajo el resultado fue bueno, por supuesto no era lo que esperaba (tenía espectativas altas, el grado de decoloración depende de tu cabello y quedaron tonos amarillos y naranjas que no me gustaron). En general está bien gaste 1300 en este procedimiento, la atención fue cordial aún que debo decir que personalmente me pareció un poco tosco el trato al cabello.
I had a balayage at this place, although my hair was not the most suitable for the job, the result was good, of course it was not what I expected (I had high expectations, the degree of discoloration depends on your hair and there were yellow tones and oranges that I did not like). In general, it is okay to spend 1300 on this procedure, the attention was cordial, even though I must say that I personally found the treatment of the hair a bit rough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionante la atención, si tienes suerte que te atiendan no será a la hora que te agendaron. La primera vez me hicieron esperar casi una hora. La segunda vez me cancelaron y cambiaron por otra cliente que iban a maquillar y nunca me avisaron. Tiene uno que andar tras de ellos re conformando las citas para que te atiendan y al final te van a atender si quieren. Su agenda muy mal organizada, solo hay una chica que está haciendo de todo y una que va a ratos a poner uñas. Les falta personal y organización, o simplemente deberían agendar lo que les es posible atender y lo que hagan lo hagan bien. Me hicieron un Gelish horrible.

One has to go after them re-arranging the appointments so that they attend to you and in the end they will attend to you if they want. They lack personnel and organization, or they should simply schedule what they can attend to and do what they do well. They made me a horrible Gelish.
