Pero desde que cambiaron de administración ahora son mecánicos de banqueta cobrando como de agencia. La semana pasada les dejé mi auto para su servicio y aún así no pasó la verificación por HC altos. Le llamé al asesor y solo se limitó a decir que solo garantizan el mantenimiento, no pasar la verificación... Una lástima, porque solo provocan que no regresemos.

El coche lo necesitaba en 24 horas y lo logró con ayuda de su jefe. Hasta me llevo mi coche a mi casa. Si quieren un buen vendedor pregunten por el cuando hablen a la agencia.

Los vendedores cómo cualquier otro te venden "lo mejor" te amarran con sus "promociones" y no son honestos con las cosas que realmente son opcionales a las que por default sabes requerirá el auto deseado, les aconsejo pregunten cada cosa de su cotización, cada una y mantengan el NO lo necesito aunque te digan que es lo mejor del mercado en accesorios, productos, garantías que NO necesitan, hagan cuentas y lean muy bien las letras chiquitas, para vender diario hablan,en cuánto empiezas a reclamar cosas que no necesitabas y aún así INCLUYÓ porque el vendedor creyó que era algo bueno para ti bastará con una simple disculpa... Si quieren una mejor atención, rapidez y eficacia vayan a otra agencia, seguro encontrarán personal más competente, la marca bien, este concesionario muy, pero muy mal yo NO LO RECOMIENDO...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde diciembre hice un trámite para adquirir un vehículo, di mi anticipo y nada, solo me daban vueltas, que no hay carros, que no hay el modelo, el color, siempre pretextos, regrese en febrero para que me devolvieran mi dinero y es fecha que no me lo devuelven, no tienen palabra y vas a buscar al gerente y nunca está o eso dicen, te atiende Raquel que dice es la gerente de ventas y te dice que te va ayudar y tampoco, yo tengo que estarles buscando la cara y para que te digan que no sabe porque está de vacaciones, no pues gracias y el asesor de ventas Raul Montaño falta de profesionalismo, no te atienden las llamadas, te dejan en visto, PÉSIMO PÉSIMO SERVICIO, ahora tengo que estar yo casi rogando para que me regresen mi dinero.
