Ni se acerquen, yo aparte un coche con 15mil y a la mera hora ni lo apartaron y ya es fecha (mas de 1 semana) que no me han devuelto mi dinero.
Pésimo servicio y seguimientos.
NO CONTESTAN Y TE DEJAN EN VISTO!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta vez llegue y no había nadie atendiendo en refacciones, hasta que pasaron 5 minutos fue que llegué la persona, mientras tanto nadie de la agencia se ofreció a atenderme mínimo como muestra de atención al cliente, almenos esta vez el pago fue más rápido era algo que tardaba demasiado... espero puedan mejorar su atención

Yoselin y todos los que me contestan me dicen que me regresaran la llamada y no es asi ademas que les reporte que el tanque de gasolina esta dañado por una colision que tuve y dicen que no se.habian percatado del daño, cuando yo se los mencione al ingresar el vehiculo, ademas de que me quieren entregar el vehiculo casi 1 mes despues cuando segun se tardan 15 dias que mal servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es curioso que existiendo un corredor de agencias de vehículos, los clientes los interesados deben ser tu máxima. En esta agencia no aplica, tuve una experiencia desagradable, la hosttes displicente y parecía que lo hacía en su celular era más valioso. Fui canalizado con un vendedor y nunca sentí que fuera importante mi proceso de compra, con falta de recursos, persuasión, interés, etc. Se limitó a un chat de WhatsApp mostrarme imágenes y al realizar la cotización me quedé con la impresión de que no iba a comprar nada ahí. Para su infortunio, acudí a KIA y entendi el porqué la gente contrata más ahi.
