★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vuelvo a llevar mi auto ahí, lo llevé a servicio me comenzó a hacer una falla que no tenia, fui a reclamar por dicha falla y me cobraron 1,000 pesos por la revisión, me querían hacerle cambiar la bomba de gasolina les pregunte que si con eso me garantizaban que iba a quedar la falla y me comentaron que no que iban a hacer otro diagnostico, fui con un mecánico, solo se le tenia que cambiar el filtro pero ni así quedó Sigue haciendo la falla osea que si hubiera gastado los 13,000 en la bomba de gasolina ni así hubiera quedado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el área de servicio las dos mujeres y el hombre que están son déspotas, no les interesa cuanto tiempo llevas esperando, tienes que recordarles que aun no te dan tu unidad, te dan cita para ir por el carro y tardan más de una hora en dártelo y todavia te hacen caras, PÉSIMO SERVICIO ojala su gerente ponga atención por no nos están regalando el servicio estamos pagando por el y por lo menos deberían atender de manera cortes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la agencia a visitar a una asesora para hablar sobre un auto financiamiento, en la recepción se me quedaron viendo raro y me hablaron de forma muy despectiva, solo le faltó decirme, tú que haces aquí a la persona que me recibió.
Le contesté con quién iba y me dijo toma asiento ahí, espere y espere, resulta que nunca le avisaron a la asesora, solo porque ella salió notó que yo estaba ahí, que falta de educación y ética por parte de su personal de recepción.
Pero por otra parte felicito a mi asesora Berenice Piña, siempre tan amable.
